I just answered this question and then figured it out. The USB transceiver is right in plain sight inside the mouse, next to the battery. Pull that out from the mouse and plug it into the computer and you should be good to go!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'd like to know also! This computer came with the wireless keyboard and wireless mouse, but it did NOT come with a USB transceiver. I plugged my old wireless keyboard and mouse's transceiver into this new HP and the old devices were recognized and working fine with it. I'm waiting to contact support when they open shortly to see if this is a known issue. I tore apart every single piece of packaging and there was no USB transceiver for the new desktop.
