“HP 27mq monitor - Swivel ? User Guide" Setting Up Monitor page 9 says: "Swivel the monitor head to the left or right for the best viewing angle." Received unit today - does NOT swivel??”

Thank you for the question. The 27mq monitor does indeed swivel ±360°in addition to pivoting from landscape to portrait. Does it pivot okay? There may be an issue with stand attachment (page 5 in the User Guide) Please reach out to HP Support for assistance.
