“Why cant I order this monitor? Can I go to the store and have them order it for me? Seems its out of stock, I talked to a representative on the phone and he said he could order it for me but not over the phone because he needs to accept payment for it.”

If you are a rewards member, they should have your card information to be able to make that purchase. I can usually order online and have it delivered to any store I choose. But if it's out of stock you probably can't order anyway. Not sure what's happening in your case. I usually don't have any problems with that.
