If you press the button on the far left (still on the right side of the monitor) twice, then the settings menu along with the control labels for the buttons will pop up on the screen. I added a pic to show you what pops up on the screen once your press the left-most button twice.

Each of the available options appear aligned directly above each of the buttons under the screen. Choose the "menu" icon, (a page with lines on it) and use the arrow key buttons to scroll to the setting you want to change, When finished, use the appropriate "arrow" button to scroll down to "Exit".
