• tilts forward / back. stand is wobbly and does not feel particularly sturdy, though not a problem if the display is gently handled

• It sure does, allowing different size people to achieve the ideal viewing position. The nicest stand I have ever had on a monitor.

• Yes it pivots a few degrees front to back

• No side-to-side pivot or vertical adjustment. The stand is rigid and snaps directly to a plastic piece on the back of the panel. The monitor does allow for a relatively standard amount of tilt forward and backwards.
