• If you click on Specifications and look under Connectivity, you can see what type of ports it has. It does have one HDMI port. It will depend on what you want when it comes to gaming. This is a FreeSync monitor at 165Hz with a 1ms response time with a 21:9 aspect ratio. It is not 4K with a 3440x1440 resolution.

• Yes, it is a decent gaming monitor in my humble opinion. It does have an HDMI port, but it seems to only support a 100 Hz refresh rate. If you have any games you can run at over 100 frames per second, you would be better off using the DisplayPort instead.
