• It's the high yield toner. Always go by the model numbers at best buy.

• You are only looking at getting the cartridge itself... It doesn't look any different (I don't believe) but I'm guessing the way that it's built or the way that it renders the ink might be different (or possibly there's more ink in the cartridge).
