Check the HP site to download "HP print and scan Doctor". It may resolve your issue. Another option is to look for driver updates specific to your printer on the HP support. Type in your model and search support.. I have on old HP all in one and I was able to do so with my printer as well as updating my wireless driver to see the router from my cable company.
