The HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer - B209a is not compatible with the HP 564 photo black cartridge. It will only accept the standard HP 564 Black Ink Cartridge (CB316WN) or HP 564XL Black Ink Cartridge (CN684WN).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The HP 564 Photo black is used only in Photosmart printers that require 5 ink cartridges. a photo black, 3 colors and a black. Although the photo black cartridge is used mainly for when printing photos to give them a gray/black, the ink in the cartridge does get used for document printing also. Do not use the Photo black in place of the required regular black cartridge.Go on-line to Best Buy & check which ink cartridges should be used for your printer.
