“Do not use printer very often how can I get the ink cartridge to last ?”

• Thank you for your question! To prevent ink from drying up, you could try printing a "test page" every week or two. If you find yourself only printing every few months, I would recommend a laser printer which uses toner and does not dry up.

• ALL I KNOW I USE MY PRINTER ALMOST EVERY OTHER DAY AND I USUALLY MAKE SEVERAL COPYD OF THE SAME THINK OF COURSE BACK AND FRONT THAT'S THE WAY I SAFE LOTS OF THE INK

• not sure if this would help but save the lil plastic strip that you remove from the cartridge if you arent going to print for a long time maybe recover the print head
