• Look up Best Buy on your present computer to get their address and phone number, then call and ask for the GEEK SQUAD. You will get your best answer through them.

• I would recommend contacting Best Buy closest to you (Springfield, Missouri is the closest to me) by telephone. Just look them up on your computer to get their phone number and address.
