• Not sure which printer that is, but you can always look up your printer using the model number at: store.hp.com The results will let you know which refills are right for your printer.

• OfficeJet J5700 is not listed on the packaging for 74/75 -- so, I don't think you can use it.

• It is compatible with HP Office Jet J5740, J5750, J5780, J6450, and J6480. These printer models are listed on the cartridge box.
