• I walked in to Springfield, MO store, they were on the shelf. I don't know if BB will ship stock between stores but would not hesitate to request it.

• I am sorry you are having this issue. A manufacturing defect has been identified with select Cyan and Yellow cartridges in the 900 ink series. In order to ensure the quality of your prints, HP and its retail partners have pulled the products from the shelf. HP is working extremely hard on assisting with inventory recovery.
