The 932XL black ink prints up to 1000 pages. If you are not printing 1000 pages in 6 months I recommend only using the standard inks. When the printer is not being used and is left turned on it will perform maintenance to ensure the ink does not run low. If you leave the printer turned off, the cartridges will dry out faster. There is a lot of science behind printing technology and the differences between cartridge/printhead designs as well as pigment and dye based inks. If you often do not print very much I recommend checking into the HP Instant Ink replacement service where you will never have to buy ink for the printer ever again. 50 pages or less a month is $2.99 per month. If you do not print all your pages that month the unused pages roll over.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, we’ve never had an issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does dry out if you do not use it at least twice a month, minimally... I learned the hard way too!! Good luck!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HP printer cartridges are junk. I don't print much either. Mainly my tax returns etc. Every time I go to use the printer it always tells me I am out of ink. I have been a HP customer for over 30 years but will never buy another HP printer ever again. I don't know what happened to HP quality but I bought a $2000 HP laptop less that two years ago and one of the two USB ports has already failed and according to what I learned online from other people with the same problem you have to replace the motherboard. Not happy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only down fall with HP ink is HP seems to keep cutting back on the amount of ink they put in their cartridges. They run out of ink quickly. Their cartridges are not cheap and they should put more ink in their cartridges. I don't believe they dry out they just don't have much ink in them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.we run 100 or so copies a month and have never had the "dry up" issue
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ink will dry out if opened and in a printer that sits unused. Plus, Everytime you turn on your printer it uses ink to prime the system. So best to leave printer turned off when not printing something.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't had any issues with the ink getting dry.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It seems to . When we were only printing a few pages a month, we would only buy the regular size cartage.
