• Great question. You can absolutely use other headphones with this laptop. The Beats laptop comes with Beats software for improved sound quality. I hope this helps!

• Yes.I've used several different sets of head phones,both wired and Bluetooth and I have had exceptional performance with them all. I haven't even tried the beats head phones. it would be hard to believe that they could be any better.
