“Is the information light supposed to remain on? We can not get it to turn off and it just keeps printing the same pages over and over. Please advise”

• Hello Joanna, thanks for your question! The Information light on the HP DeskJet 2734e will be lit up, and pressing it will print information about the status of the printer itself, and can be useful for troubleshooting the printer.

• Fooled me too. The light just stays on and if you press it, the printer will print out a page of it's status. Not the best design but maybe they just want you to buy more ink.
