Hi, Phoebe! Yes, it's compatible with any HP laptop running at least Windows 7. When you install the printer, it will grab any files it needs to work with the computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In my opinion this is a low-end printer and I would not recommend for printing photos. Yes you probably could use it for this but I personally would not recommend. You can adjust all photo paper sizes through the HP Smart app prior to printing.
