DeskJet 2734e cartrdiges will print 100-120 pages depending on personal use. It's likely that ink in an installed inkjet cartrdige will deteriarate if not used for five years, and the warranty will have expired. However, by keeping your printer connected and allowing it to go through cleaning cycles and printing one page every couple of weeks, you will keep the ink at the property viscosity should you not print often. This tip probably won't help cartridges last for five years, though.
