Unfortunately, in this forum we cannot ask questions that may lead us to the proper answer. Before uninstalling software, please run the HP Print and Scan Doctor. It may solve the problem. You'll need the software contained in the HP Smart App for ios to use the advanced scanning features that come with HP+. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please reach out to Support.HP.com for assistance.
