Thank you for asking. The free ink offer is tied to the printer on which it's offered, in this case the DeskJet 2734e. When you set up the printer (or no more than 7 days thereafter) you'll have the opportunity to redeem the offer for free ink as well as the additional year of warranty offered with HP+. HP will send replacement cartridges when your printer signals a low ink level. If your printer using HP 61 cartridges is Instant Ink capable, you'll need to enroll it separately.
