Thank you for the question. The DeskJet 2755 will work with your laptop having Windows 7, 8 or 10 operating system. You can connect it to your wireless network or use a USB printer cable to connect to your laptop (the cable is not included, please purchase separately). No CD is required to install the software, you can download it from 123.hp.com.
