Ink cartridges are much cheaper than I was paying with my old printer.  Cartridge replacement will depend on usage.  It only has a color and a black/white cartridge.

The standard HP 67 cartridges used in this printer will yield up to 120 pages from black and up to 100 pages from colors High yield cartridges (67XL) will yield up to 240 pages from black and up to 200 pages from colors.
