“I have a fairly old laptop that has Windows 7 loaded. It is not compatible with Windows 10. I use my tablet more than my laptop and therefore do not plan on purchasing a new one. Is this printer compatible with Windows 7?”

dont know but i still cant believe people still use win 7. i have win 10 like most people. i know that hp printers are easy to setup. i just got ridof a canon fancy printer more expensive but hard to get it to stay on line. so i bought this cheap hp 200 series easy to setup and stays on line. ihave altogether 2 hpprinters and one brother printer. stay away from canon printer they make great cameras but stick with hp for printers. sorry could not answer your question about win 7. good luck. instead maybe get a cheaper kindle fire we have 3 on our house and we can print from them.
