This printer should have no difficulties printing word documents with the correct settings. If you have technical difficulties with your printer, don't hesitate to reach out to HP Support or your local Best Buy Geek Squad for further assistance getting things back on track!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure I can answer. Unfortunately the printer I have will not print anything from me laying a document on the glass. I Assuming you have the Hp Smart App installed the only thing I have been able to print are some of the apps "printables". Sorry I have not been able to get .uch help either.
