Did anyone have any problems with this item null

I have difficulty just making copies. There's a black or color copy button, but every time I go to make a new copy, it printed a instruction page first

No problem with this printer. Work great.

I work with HP, hopefully someone will chime in soon with their experience. This is a good printer which is designed primarily for light usage. As long as you think a ream of paper would last around 8 months or longer then it could work well for you. If you print more I would look at the OfficeJet 5255.
