Yes. The printer ships with HP 65 cartridges (1 black and 1 color). I'd suggest that you also order an extra black cartridge, consider the HP 65 XL which has more than twice the ink of the regular HP 65 that ships with the machine. This will prevent you from running out of ink while you're getting familiar with the device.
