“Is it compatible with windows 11? I bought this printer a couple of years ago. After I upgraded my HP laptop to windows 11 I cannot print or scan. I have tried everything, nothing works. I can't call HP support because it is not under warranty anymore”

I was able to get this printer going on a brand-new computer with Windows 11 on it.
