do not know can not operate printer out of box can not install ink cart. carrier will not function may have to be returned Not good

If you are asking if the DeskJet 4133e printer can be used for iron-on transfers for t-shirts and such then yes, it can as long as you are using heat transfer paper made for inkjet printers.
