“i bought a printer like this 3 years ago for a gift for my mother. i just found out the ink is out. but the printer says it still has ink and for 2 years !!!!!!! It won't send new ink but has been charging her WHAT DO I DO TO FIX THIS”

I would walk in to the store you got it and stay there till someone fixes your issue. Demand a new printer. That’s their guarantee.
