• The "55" probably refers to a revision to the copier. Nothing you have to worry about, Im assuming for manufacturing purposes to know the difference between changes. Yes, you have to buy a USB.

• The 4155 is in the 4100 series. There are a couple variations of the 4100 series, the 4155 being one of them. It will not come with a USB printer cable. It is a USB A to B cable.
