“I'm trying to print from my computer to the printer and it is not connecting via Wifi. I have an Imac. Shouldn't it work with it? It works when I send docs via my iphone. Help. This is really frustrating.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just got my printer installed a few weeks ago. They had us install with wifi only and it just did not work well or at all. In the end after too much time on the phone with tech support I believe they had my friend connect it with the cable as well. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the cable but when we connected it with both everything worked great all around. I can print from my iPhone still. I have a Dell computer. That is really all I can add. Hope it helps!
