“I purchased this printer last month the Geek Squad hooked it up for me,The other day they had to back and fix it its so slow printing a page I was wondering if this is normal or not ? Please help I really dont think it should take this long”

Thank you for reaching out! Here are the expected print speeds in pages per minute: Black-Normal up to 8.5 ppm, Black-Draft up to 20 ppm, Color-Normal up to 5.5 ppm, Color-Draft up to 16 ppm. If you choose "Best" quality rather than Normal or Draft, this will significantly slow down these speeds. If you find that your printer is not matching these estimated speeds, I recommend reaching out to HP Support directly for troubleshooting.
