Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HP+ and Instant Ink, along with the 3-month ink offer, all require the internet. You can set this printer up for all of its main features without an internet connection: HP has the Windows 10 and 11 drivers available on its site for a free download for full-featured printing and scanning and after those are installed, you do not need internet access to use the main features on this printer.
