Had a similar problem whenever my electricity was disrupted, or if I held down the power button. You need to let the capacitors discharge. Since there's no electric switch in the back, you have to unplug the power cable from the PC and let it sit for awhile with no power ( maybe 5-10 mins). Plug it in again and it should reboot when you press the power button.
