“I have this computer and it will not boot for some reason. when i do click the power button nothing spins or anything but i hear the power supply making noise. there is also a small yellow on the back of the pc when i click the power button. i need help.”

Had a similar problem whenever my electricity was disrupted, or if I held down the power button. You need to let the capacitors discharge. Since there's no electric switch in the back, you have to unplug the power cable from the PC and let it sit for awhile with no power ( maybe 5-10 mins). Plug it in again and it should reboot when you press the power button.
