Can i upgrade this pc so it can handle pc vr gaming null

You'd need to upgrade the processor to a Ryzen 5 or preferably, a Ryzen 7. You'd need to add at least four more gigabytes of RAM and add a discrete video card, which would also mean upgrading the power supply. You could at least in theory do all the needed upgrades, but it's going to be more expensive that just bying a computer that meets all the requirements.
