“USB Ports looking for usb 3 in this line of notebooks.”

• It has 3 USB ports...one is a 2.0 and the other two are 3.0. Neither of the 3.0 ports worked on mine. When I called the Geek Squad, I was told "refurbished means it runs, not that everything works".
