Hello refurb, I hope you are having a great day. The HP - EliteBook 14" 840 G3-31676 does not appear to list the refurbisher in the description. Usually, these products are refurbished by a 3rd party, or by the store that sells them. Your best course of action is to contact BestBuy Support for more inquiries in relation to this product.
