If you would decide to upgrade this unit, it is recommended that you have a certified technician do the upgrades as this unit has a lithium-ion battery.

    • Answer You would have to check the system requirements from the developer's site and make sure that the unit matches the specifications for the setting in which you would like to play the game on. Updates can impact the settings in which you want to play on or prevent you from playing the game at all. Some games can be played on cloud settings which will have lower requirements, but you will still have to check the developer's site for the cloud software and which games it allows you to play. Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system OS: Windows 7 Processor: Intel Core2 Duo E8400, 3.0GHz or AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+, 3.0GHz or higher Memory: 3 GB RAM Graphics: Geforce 9600 GT or AMD HD 3870 512MB or higher DirectX: Version 11 Storage: 4 GB available space are the current minimum requirements for Cuphead. You will still want to check the developer's site for the most up to date information and setting requirements.

  • QuestionWhen was this laptop manufactured and is it upgradable to Windows 11?

    • Answer Thank you for your questions, Andy! The Elitebook 820 G3 was released in 2016. Unfortunately, the specs for these older models do not tell us if they are upgradeable to Windows 11 and there are several determining factors. You would need to download Microsoft's "PC Health Check" app to see if the computer can run Windows 11. That said, all of our newest models either come with Windows 11 or are eligible for the upgrade.
