• The battery is rated at up to 11 hours, so if you're only getting 3, there's some issue. Your best bet would be to contact the HP support team, so they can determine if the problem is a configuration issue or a defective battery.

• I believe 11 hours is for the FHD screen version, since this is a 4K screen it takes more power to run. I would say in normal conditions (no videocalls or heavy video usage) battery lasts up to 5 hours.
