• Cold climates are probably better for this laptop as it idles at 50 C and thermal throttles under load in a 22 C environment. The max operating temperature is 97 C per Intel's specifications, but mine has hit 98 C for very short times. If you are under load it will run around 95 to 97 C as it thermal throttles.
