It has a built-in Ethernet port which would be a more stable connection. If you go from Thunderbolt to Ethernet, the unit has an Intel® AX211 Wi-Fi 6E that supports a 2.4 Gbps line and the Ethernet port caps at 1 Gbps. Just going through an adapter can potentially cause stability issues.
