Yes. The laptop is more than capable. Any limitations would come from your TV or Zoom software. If you're talking about just mirroring your computers screen to the tv then there should be no problem. If your smart tv has a camera or you can attach one to it you could probably bypass using the computer altogether. Just launch zoom from your tv.
