“Does this computer support Microsoft Pen Protocol?”

• I went to my local Best Buy where this exact model is on display. It doesn't have pen support! I'm surprised at the answer given here when I noticed on the laptop display, the description page says: pen incompatible. I had my Surface pen with me and the laptop didn't respond to it. The Envy X360 next to it did respond to my pen. So it's touchscreen but doesn't work with a pen.

• I purchased a HP pen and it appears to not be compatible with this laptop. Will not connect to the PC.
