- Answer Thank you for the question. The 17-cw0023dx laptop has a 13th-generation i7 processor that supports PCIe 5.0 (and is backward compatible). It will support a PCIe 5.0 x 4 NVMe M.2 SSD slot.

- Answer I have several HP laptops and when I've had this issue I have the Geek Squad send it back for replacement. If it's in warranty, it will not cost you anything and if it's not they will replace the battery at a reasonable price.
