“My HP ENVY Laptop - 17m-cg0013dx audio is not working. I just purchased it in April 2020. I have run all of the suggested diagnostics and nothing has resolved the problem. What is my next recourse?”

• Have you made sure the output device is the laptop speakers and not some other device? Right click on the speaker icon, open sound settings, check the output device, master sound settings, and Advanced settings near the bottom of that page.
