“When I purchased my new computer I had the info from my old computer put on an external drive, that drive has gone missing Is that info still on the old computer, could I have the Geek Squad pull it from the old drive again? I would cover the cost Thanks”

If Geek Squad (or really any computer professional) did the original data transfer, they likely did a simple copy of your files onto the external HD and therefore, as long as you still have your old computer, they should be able to do it again to a new drive. Set an appointment with the Geek Squad and they'll be able to confirm for you that the data is still retrievable from the old one.
