- Answer I think it would be great for that use. It might not be the best for gaming so as long as you dont need that it would work well. I would purchase the full Microsoft office or a free one like Open Office.

- Answer This model will not work with Windows Hello. You need a laptop that has an IR camera. This feature is usually found on the HP Spectre models.

- Answer We don't have an exact release date for the laptop. However, the processor in it wasn't released until late in 2019, so that's the earliest the computer could have been released. That makes it still early in the product's lifetime.

QuestionI have been the owner of several HP laptops and the biggest problem I have had with them is that they tend to overheat. The internal guts are to close to the hard drive that even with a cooling pad underneath I have had three failures over the years.

- Answer Lee: I had the HP Envy computer for about a month. I have not noticed any heating issues near the hard drive. I like the slim design and larger screen. If you have a problem with the HP Envy heating up, take it to a Geek Squad repair site and they can analyze the problem. Best of luck.
