• No, this Envy laptop is loaded with the Windows 10 Home operating system not the S mode.

• If you disable windows 10 in S mode you can never get it back again. So I highly doubt Best Buy is going to let you disable a one time offer to the software before you purchase the computer. Why Microsoft chose to do that is another story.
