Thank you again for reaching out. You would replace the existing m.2 SSD with a 1tb version. When disassembling to upgrade the SSD you can also upgrade the RAM. Right now this model has 1x8GB and 1x4GB. If you replaced that 4GB module you could max out the machine to 16GB RAM total. This model is exclusive to Best Buy. There may be similar models elsewhere but they would not be same as this one.
