“Hi guys. there were two questions asked already about upgrading ram. one answer is yes. the other - is no you can't. could you please answer 100% where is the truth. also it's not clear is pen is included or need to be bought separately?”

Yes it is upgradable it has 2 slots only one is filled. However they suggest having HP upgrade it for you do to something with the battery location. It’s not like older laptops where there is a access point on the bottom for memory upgrade.

Yes, the RAM can be upgraded. Due to the location of the Li-ion battery, we recommend that the upgrade be performed by an experienced technician. The Pen needs to be purchased separately. The HP Pen or the HP Tilt Pen would be excellent choices.
